I'm Rebecca Minnick, a dedicated disc golfer sharing my journey through the sport I love. From lessons and tournaments to personal challenges and victories, I document my progress and connect with fellow disc golf enthusiasts. My experiences with cancer, Lyme disease, injuries, comebacks, and continuous improvement make every round meaningful. I aim to inspire (and ultimately help) others through perseverance, mental strength, growth, & love for the game and others.
